At BWY Labs, we take your privacy seriously, especially when it comes to our younger users. This Privacy Policy explains how Alphabet Number Rain ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects information.
Alphabet Number Rain is designed for children and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as names, addresses, or phone numbers from children.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information We do not collect any personal, identifiable information from our users. You do not need to create an account to use the App.
2.2 Non-Personal Data (Locally Stored) The App stores game progress and settings locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system. This includes: Game progress (levels unlocked), Settings preferences (Background, Difficulty, Sound), High scores. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us.
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Advertising (Google AdMob) We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the App. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (like the Advertising ID) to serve non-personalized ads. We have configured AdMob to treat our requests as child-directed where applicable to comply with COPPA and GDPR-K.
3.2 In-App Purchases (Apple) We use Apple's StoreKit for In-App Purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads"). All financial transactions are processed directly by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our App is directed to children under the age of 13. We follow the principles of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) within the United States and GDPR-K in Europe.
